“Quality training is the key to a more fulfilling future”.

Our ‘Train to Work’ model equips students with nationally recognised skills to succeed in the job market. Fully Customised to suit client needs, our courses enable trainees to tackle a wide range of tasks.

TCWG provides an accessible pathway towards securing a stable future. This is achieved through a series of high quality training courses, delivered face-to-face, designed to develop trainees with skills that will prepare them for the job market.

But the TCWG experience doesn’t just end there. With key links established with some of Australia’s leading organisations, we provide clients with job-ready staff to meet their operational demands.

So whether you’re a job seeker or an organisation with roles to offer, we’ll connect you with the right solution.

About

Students at TCWG have access to industry leading courses that will enable them to gain employment in a number of sectors. Working in collaboration with leading organisations, our courses provide a real world learning experience; an approach that connects the theoretical with the practical.

The current courses on offer at TCWG include:

  • Business
  • WHS
  • Transport & Logistics
  • Retail

Each course is offered via flexible methods, accommodating to the various demands of student life. We offer full-time study, part-time study and distance learning. It’s a testament to our belief in providing quality education to anyone, anywhere.

In order for us to prepare a trained and highly capable workforce, we utilise some of the latest technology to deliver quality training. With a specific focus on online interactive distance learning, we can reach out to a greater audience, empowering each and every one with world-class skills. In other words, no one is left behind.

Employment

When it comes to equipping our trainees with relevant skills, we have the experience to do so. We offer a range of courses and employ proven training methods to develop job-ready candidates for a range of hard-to-fill positions.

Vocational training is now an increasing expectation on both employers and employees.

Our take on it is different, combining vocational training, employment opportunities and the up-skilling of existing employees together, we can provide more substantial outcomes for our trainees and their employers.

What’s more, our model provides better linkages between the broader employment market and the potential employee workforce.
But we aren’t alone in this endeavour. We have established smart partnerships with several Recruitment and Labour Hire companies for ongoing training and employment.

By establishing these types of relationships, we create employment opportunities for trainees, wherein at the completion of their training, if they so chose, they will have the chance to be considered for employment placement through one of our partners. This will provide an opportunity for skills utilisation and work experience at the earliest opportunity, especially for graduating students.

Job Placement

We see recruitment and training as one process, not separate. To us, it’s not just a point of difference; it delivers better outcomes for both our trainees and our clients.

To fast track the placement process we request students, at the beginning of their enrolment, to provide us with all materials relevant to job providers. We will then arrange pre-deployment interviews with our job service partners during the training period.

Once students have completed their training with us, they will be directly referred to an agency that has an interest in the skill sets they’ve acquired. We work with several recruitment and job service providers throughout Australia.

Our partners in this area share our commitment in providing positive outcomes and solid objectives for our students.
